Boy dragged away from his family by a bear, screaming for his parents, a 2-year old child who reported “Mommy is in the rug” when his pregnant mother was missing (with the mattress missing and bleach poured on the floor). And on and on. The previous death this year at Half Dome referred to in the article was a colleague of mine. Ach.
